About the Company


Davidson are currently working with a state government client who are seeking an AO8 Manager to assist them with their Product and Services Guide.


About the Role

  • Develop, review and maintain business product and service offerings through their lifecycle, to deliver on the offer of aligned service provision, planning and delivery support, innovation, value for money quality outcomes and alignment with industry best practice and standards.
  • Lead innovation and collaboration within both the immediate and broader teams, to provide nimble operational solutions with long term benefits for the department and its customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, to gain a strong understanding of their needs and business priorities relating to Building, Maintenance and Asset Management lifecycle requirements, enabling the provision of customerfocused outcomes.
  • Manage the change management processes associated with the development and implementation of new or revised business product and service offerings through their lifecycle, including related delivery or program management reviews.
  • Develop, monitor, improve and implement measures which promote product performance to deliver consistent quality outcomes for the department and its customers.
  • Develop and implement a strategic framework to guide the establishment, planning, reporting and endtoend delivery of department works across all regions.
  • Create new business opportunities to support the commercial business unit model, incorporating the intake process, pipeline of work, and work assessment that informs the departments Portfolio Management Framework.
  • Represent the business unit in developing and presenting program and customer management updates and reports, including to inform the Executive Leadership team.

Role Fit

  • Demonstrated experience developing and reviewing business products and services through their lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Must have strong stakeholder engagement experience as you will be working with several different stakeholders.
  • Experience working within Construction and maintenance industry highly desirable.
