The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled AO8 Business Analyst (Customer Solutions) for a full-time contract until May 2025. This role is based on site in the Brisbane office and involves managing the implementation of key process improvements for a critical transport subsidy scheme. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring these improvements are effectively executed and deliver positive outcomes for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review existing recommendations to ensure they remain relevant and effective;
  • Identify and manage relationships with all impacted stakeholders;
  • Plan and implement process improvement recommendations;
  • Facilitate smooth transitions for business stakeholders during implementation; and
  • Regularly report progress to business owners and manage vendors and their deliverables.
Required Experience

We are looking for candidates with a robust background in business process improvement and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills and a proven ability to drive change within an organization.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business process improvement and associated methodologies;
  • Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and relationship building;
  • Proven track record of delivering organisational change within specified timeframes;
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills with experience in influencing and negotiating with key stakeholders; and
  • Strong customer-focused attitude, commitment to organizational values and team contribution.
