What you will enjoy about this role:

  • Working alongside another Claims Consultant, managing a portfolio of commercial claims
  • Managing claims workflow from lodgement through to settlement
  • Taking calls regarding claims, requesting information
  • Full training in claims processes
  • Following up on claims enquiries and calling insurers for updates on individual claims
  • Future opportunities to support the Brokers, providing quotations, processing information, and assisting with policy renewals
  • Being part of a close team, supporting administration functions

What you will bring to the role:

  • A friendly, can-do attitude, and providing an outstanding customer experience are your key strengths
  • With around a year's experience, ideally in a broker, although not essential
  • Insurance experience in any area will be considered
  • A commitment to learn, be loyal, and trustworthy
  • A confident personality, able to adapt quickly to change and take on adhoc duties as required
