Our growing WHS team is currently seeking for an experience Workcover Insurance Admin to assist with Policies & Premiums within Workcover.


About the Role


Reporting into the WHS Manager, this role will be providing high quality and accurate administration and specialist advice in relation to the organisation and management of the WorkCover functions of WorkCover Premiums and WorkCover Policies.


Role Responsibilities

  • Managing the administration nationwide of all WorkCover Premiums
  • Managing the administration nationwide of all WorkCover Policies
  • Processing in excess of approximately 400 policies and 600 premiums every year and the management and planning around it
  • Liaise with payroll in regard to wage calculations and declarations
  • Ongoing management of tracking new policies nationwide Liaising with our store development team in the management of this function

About you
-
Either Tertiary qualified in HR/WHS/Payroll/Legal or related field

  • Well experienced in the WorkCover functions of WorkCover Premiums and WorkCover Policies
  • Strong administration and systems experience
  • High level knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office predominantly Excel and Teams
  • Sound knowledge of Accident Compensation Legislation
  • Experience interacting with various levels of business stakeholders Confident user of technology and online systems
