As a result of their continued growth they are seeking a determined and driven Credit Officer to ensure outstanding debt is paid in a timely manner.

Based north of Parramatta, their dynamic credit team is searching for a like-minded professional to join them in helping achieve record results.

You will be working in a friendly and relaxed environment; the management team is approachable and there are plenty of perks on offer.


The Job.
Reporting through to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts nationwide.
  • Collection of overdue commercial accounts making 5060 outbound calls per day.
  • Reconciling client accounts.
  • Resolution of customer queries and liaising with internal staff to resolve queries.
  • Escalation of issues as required.
  • Weekly and month end reporting as per business requirements.
  • Part time work options available.

You.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

  • Ideally you will have 2 years Credit Control experience in either a commercial or consumer collections environment and comfortable working with 7, 14 and 30 day accounts.
  • Experience working within the FMCG/Manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Enjoy working to targets and achieving goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
