Your new opportunity:

In this critical role, you'll provide coordination assistance across the country within the Energy Solutions industry. While on the job, you'll learn all about this growing industry, including power generation and _mtu_ products.


You'll be a time management pro, who is able to effectively coordinate across teams, functions and projects to ensure that customer care is of the utmost importance.

With a strong administrative background, you'll be the type of person that enjoys communicating with customers and colleagues alike to get the best results every time.

Joining a small, tight-knit team, you'll be based in our Chipping Norton office, but flexible work arrangements are available.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate service delivery with branches, technicians and clients.
  • Provide administrative support including provision of pricing and submitting quotes for repair work.
  • Prompt and accurate delivery of relative documents to clients including service reports, sample analysis results, images and repair estimates.
  • Build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships, you'll be a key point of contact to our customers.
  • Manage compliance requirements, employee induction & access processes, and reconciling service reports, invoices & work order closures

About you:

  • Ideally have a background in service coordination, with commercial experience and technical savvy
  • Possess a strong work ethic and exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ideally have a working knowledge of Power generation services or facility management is preferred, but not essential
  • Demonstrated competence in computer skills, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook and ability to adapt to new systems
  • Highly capable in stakeholder management, teamwork and interpersonal skills
