The Opportunity

Revise Recruitment has partnered with a not-for-profit member association in Sydney and is looking for a highly motivated and experienced National Events Coordinator to join the team.

About the role
As the National Events Coordinator, you will work alongside our National Events Manager to spearhead the development and execution of a wide range of events, mentoring programs, and prestigious award ceremonies across Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the organisation's success.As this is a national role, interstate travel is required. Professional development and growth within the positionn are highly encouraged.
Role Duties
- Endtoend event delivery including development, implementation, communication, registration, financial reconciliation, and reporting
- Ensuring an exceptional customer service experience for all sponsors, partners, and attendees
- Overseeing all aspects of event and program implementation including project management, venue selection, speaker and supplier research and travel arrangements
- Creating and distributing engaging event and program promotional materials through various channels
- Attending video meetings with each state to support local events
- Building strong relationships with sponsors, partners and highprofile stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in the coordination of corporate events is essential
- The ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- A flexible approach and a cando attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills, empowering you to communicate effectively and build robust relationships with stakeholders at all levels and demographics
