About the role
The Client Care Manager is the designated point of contact for all clients, their families and/or representatives by providing a responsive service through the pre-engagement and ongoing service delivery process to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, and the monitoring of planned services which match the CCC Service Excellence framework, and other legislative frameworks and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate the philosophy of first contact resolution and efficient service delivery.
Coordinate, assess, plan, monitor and evaluate client care and services to continuously improve service delivery and ensure sound compliance management
Be accountable for client retention through high quality service provision, proactive issue identification, the investigation and management of client complaints, and working with clients to resolve complex needs, expectations and goals by modelling a flexible and creative approach
Practice in accordance with Calvary and other relevant legislative policies, procedures and standards, the position description, Code of Conduct and industrial agreements.
What you bring
Experience in Aged/Disability/Community sector
Current NDIS Clearance (desirable or willingness to obtain one)
Current Police check (within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain one))
Familiar with the NDIS code of conduct
Knowledgeable with the NDIS scheme and its services.
Strong background in lean principles, quality, safety and risk.
Ability to assess and develop strategies to support people living with disability in accommodation and community settings
Experience working in a Customer Care environment, working with clients and families to provide best practice and flexible, outcome focussed service delivery
A desire to join and grow as a competent team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
