About the Role:
The Library and Study Skills area seek a stakeholder-focused individual to lead the development and implementation of the online engagement strategy. Working under the guidance of the Learning Hub Team Leader, you will collaborate with Library & Study Skills staff and stakeholders to enhance the team's digital presence, driving continuous improvement and review of online resources and services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the library domain, especially in communications and marketing, or possess a relevant degree in library, marketing, or communications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Developing and implementing promotional strategies for positive brand awareness and exposure, creatively marketing Library and Study Skills digital services to staff and students.
- Overseeing digital resource development, aligning with Universal Design for Learning principles and University of Canberra guidelines.
- Leading stakeholder engagement for digital presence enhancement, ensuring visibility and accessibility.
- Developing strategic communications and delivering progress reports.
