Enterprise Partnerships Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Enterprise Partnerships Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the university's Enterprise Partnerships portal and supporting faculties and business areas with their partner information management needs.

• Maintenance, development, and enhancement of a database and/or information management systems
• Contribution to the creation of new digital platform artifacts using the Microsoft Power Platform suite of applications
• Scripting in HTML and JavaScript
• Website design for digital platform pages, including the website and intranet
• Providing user support to all platform users
• Conducting introductory training sessions for new users
• Developing a comprehensive user guide
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation for the portal platform

• General office administration
• Knowledge of database management and Microsoft Power Platform suite
• Experience in scripting and website design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
