Your Impact:

The Talent Acquisition Manager - Continuous Improvement is a strategic role that supports the broader Talent Acquisition (TA) team across three key areas:
Supporting, overseeing and delivering talent acquisition continuous improvement activities within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This includes the coordination of any system testing requirements required as part of regular BAU system releases.
Knowledge management and TA Partner training and onboarding activities.
Backfill of TA Managers when on leave.

Key Responsibilities include:


Identify, support, develop and execute talent acquisition continuous improvement activities in alignment with the organisation's talent acquisition strategy and initiative processes.

Create plans, set goals and milestones, identify and engage stakeholders and monitor progress to ensure successful completion.
Develop and maintain a roadmap of continuous improvement activities across all of TA activities.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices for talent acquisition initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives, talent pipelining, and diversity recruitment programs.

Continuously assess and refine recruitment strategies based on industry trends, market insights, and organizational needs.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.

Understand data analysis and reporting and how this can track and analyse key talent acquisition metrics to provide insights to identify areas of improvement, optimize recruitment strategies, and make data-based recommendations for talent acquisition projects.

Be an ambassador for the TA function, providing early insights for TA and ensuring value for the broader team as well as the TA streams

You'll bring to the table:

Tertiary qualification in Project Management or Human Resource Management or similar with experience in a similar role
3 years minimum experience in HR/recruitment industry coupled with 2 years minimum experience in projects and project management
Extensive and demonstrated capability in developing and working in a high performing team as well as extensive experience managing complex projects and recruitment
Hiring in a fast-paced industry and volume environment as well as managing stakeholders up to senior levels
Solid understanding of all Human Resources functions
Experience in training design, development and delivery
Experience in participating in and contributing to HR projects
