Reporting to the Production Specialist, this
Production Coordinator role will collaborate and assist with the Production Team to manage and trouble shoot Bangladesh development, production and quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with nominated fabric mills to communicate developments and pricing
- Influence and collaborate with key vendors to ensure production timeline efficiencies
- Ensure on time deliveries for garment development samples for sign off
- Ensure open costs are received and checked for accuracy and costing history is recorded
- Assist supplier, shipping and product teams with logistics and packing guidelines
- Effectively collaborate with the team to deliver KPIs within agreed timelines
- Influence Product Managers and Suppliers to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience as a Product Coordinator or in an administration role within a buying/product team is advantageous however not essential
The ability to speak Bengali language as well as English is desirable/essential:
- Confident working with Microsoft products, including Excel
- Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast paced and exciting environment
