The role


In this role you will work closely with the team to provide operational support to the Resilience Risk Frameworks department.


Day to day you will:

  • Uplift the controls environment via process modelling
  • Coordinate reporting across Resilience Risk for the various committees
  • Work with RR and EC&P on controls review plans and assist with uplift and remediation
  • Review and uplift policies
  • Monitor GRACE findings and treatment plans and assist with closing them
  • Monitor GAITS issues and report on their progress
  • Complete GRACE system facilitator activities

What you'll bring:

You will be highly motivated, self-driven and strong desire to learn about Risk and risk frameworks at NAB.

With outstanding written and verbal communication skills, you can demonstrate the following:

  • Tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in commerce, banking, finance, management, business or equivalent
  • An understanding of banking and financial services, with an understanding of risk types
  • Ability to interact appropriately, influence and work with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical skills for complex problem solving and ability to effectively leverage multiple data sources
  • Ability to deliver superior outcomes on a consistent basis.
