The Client
Our client is looking for a Junior Residential Building Manager to join their dedicated team that offers exceptional customer service. The main focus of this role is to provide proactive building management, support, and oversee contractors.

The Role
The Building Manager will be responsible for:

  • Regularly monitoring common property areas
  • Coordinating tradespersons and inspection logs
  • Managing deliveries and the loading dock
  • Overseeing Lift Management tasks
  • Handling Lot Fit-outs and bonds
  • Providing advice to Owners of Corporations

Skills & Experience

  • No prior experience necessary – a positive attitude is key
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and planning skills are essential
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • A professional and well-presented work ethic
