The Client
Our client is seeking a Junior Residential Building Manager to join their dedicated team that delivers top-notch customer service. This position focuses on proactive building management, support, and contractor supervision.

The Role
The Building Manager is responsible for:

  • Regularly monitoring areas of common property
  • Coordinating tradespersons and inspection logs
  • Managing the loading dock and deliveries
  • Lift Management (bonds/bookings/removalist)
  • Handling Lot Fit-outs and bonds
  • Providing advice to Owners of Corporations

Skills & Experience

  • No prior experience necessary – a can-do attitude is key
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with excellent planning abilities
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Professional and presentable work ethic
