The Client

Our client is seeking a Junior Residential Building Manager to join their highly committed team that provides a high level of customer service to their clients. The key focus of this position is to provide proactive building management, support, and contractor supervision.

The Role

The Building Manager is responsible for:
  • Regularly monitoring areas of common property
  • Monitoring and coordinating tradespersons and inspection logs
  • Managing the loading dock and deliveries
  • Lift Management (bonds/bookings/removalist)
  • Managing Lot Fit-outs and bonds
  • Advising Owners of Corporations

Skills & Experience

  • No experience is required – just a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Be organised and have great planning skills
  • Highly developed problem-solving abilities
  • A professional, presentable workstyle
