About the right team member
Mindbody Australia is looking for a motivated sales professional to join our SMB Account Management team.
This teammate would contribute to Mindbody's B2B Sales team by overseeing our existing customer portfolio.
They will use upsell strategies to move our customers to a higher software tier, or by adding on marketing and retention tools.
About the role
- Use consultative sales skills to pitch and consult with existing classbased customers. Proactively determine the customer's needs and work to identify business solutions
- Forecast business on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Participate in trade shows and conventions as required
Skills & experience
- 13 years of professional level sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or Health & Wellness industry
- 1+ years' experience preparing and presenting customer business reviews, or packaged proposals
- Proficient level at Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent group presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to triage enquiries efficiently and knowing what's revenue generating and what's not.
- High level understanding of digital marketing best practices (preferred but not required)
