Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, balance, and reconcile payroll, PAYG, FBT Tax, Superannuation, Workers Compensation, and other financial transactions.
- Manage the primary upload of Payroll and other HR payments, including superannuation.
- Review and prepare commentary on invoices for circulation.
- Monitor and track expenditures against the budget.
- Collaborate with outsourced vendors to gather and review employee-related payroll information.
- Resolve and track tickets with vendors.
- Oversee the department's bank account transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports.
- Contribute to the administration of the superannuation clearing house.
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
- 4+ years' experience in Payroll.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Hybrid working arrangements - 2 days from home per week.
- Sydney CBD location with easy access to public transport.
