We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Analyst to join our team at AMP, a leading financial services company. As a key member of our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) team, you will play a critical role in shaping our sustainability strategy and driving positive impact.
Key Responsibilities- ESG Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on ESG and sustainable investment opportunities, including fund manager research and investment consulting.
- Investment Product Development: Identify and recommend investment products that align with our ESG strategy, ensuring they meet our high standards for sustainability and performance.
- Compliance and Reporting: Support the compliance function by analyzing managers' and funds performance against our ESG/Sustainability assessment framework, and prepare quarterly ESG compliance reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product and portfolio management teams, to ensure effective communication and implementation of ESG strategies.
- Experience: Proven experience in responsible investment within the finance industry, with a strong background in fund manager research and investment consulting.
- Skills: Advanced quantitative skills in performance and risk analytics, proficiency in tools like MorningstarDirect and advanced MS Excel, and excellent communication skills.
- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification and potentially a CFA, demonstrating commitment to the field.
