Latrobe Regional Health is currently looking to offer a 6 month, full time employment opportunity to a HR graduate, or alternatively, candidates with previous experience working in a HR Advisory role

Now is an exciting time to join LRH, with our new hospital expansion due to open in March 2024, new HR systems and processes about to be implemented, and significant growth to our 2700 strong workforce. We can interesting projects to get involved with, lots of opportunity to gain experience in employment relations and recruitment, and just as importantly, a vibrant and welcoming P&C team culture.

This fixed term role has arisen from a new secondment within the team – did we mention LRH values learning and growth and has lots of career opportunities? We provide active support and coaching on a one to one and team basis, and provide recognition and encouragement as you build your knowledge and skills.
