This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced team in a full-service, leading South Australian law firm.
This exciting and varied role will support the People and Culture Manager and the Chief Executive Officer.
The role will enable you to put your acquired skills and theory into practice, whilst also gaining invaluable experience providing support to the CEO.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Updating and maintaining the Intranet for the People and Culture area;
- Assisting with recruitment, talent acquisition and developing talent pipelines;
- Coordinating the onboarding, offboarding, probation and Check In processes;
- Conducting telephone screening and coordinating the interview process;
- Confidentiality when efiling, completing documents, contracts and updating systems;
- Supporting People and Culture initiatives and projects;
- Assisting with the collation of data for reporting;
- Coordinating CPD training, compliance and other training across the firm;
- Providing administrative support to the CEO.
- Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management);
- exceptional organisational and time management skills;
- the ability to manage deadlines and evolving priorities;
- superior client service skills and tech-savvy;
- commitment to building positive and collaborative relationships;
- intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
