What You Will Be Doing
The Network targets the local government areas of Frankston and Mornington Peninsula.

The Coordinator will identify and engage a broad range of stakeholders as Network members and supporters to support the development, implementation and evaluation of a local elder abuse primary prevention plan.


What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
Essential Selection Criteria

  • Undergraduate qualification in Health Promotion, Community Development, Public Health or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders including community members.
  • Experience convening and managing a partnership group.
  • Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating projects.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a valued member of a highfunctioning team.
  • Current Victorian drivers licence.
Desirable Criteria

  • Understanding of primary prevention of elder abuse and/or family violence more broadly.
  • Communication and marketing skills including social media and website administration
