Master Instruments P/L was founded in 1942, you will be joining one of the largest suppliers of portable batteries, DC Power Solutions, Chargers, and Specialised Test Instrumentation, ranging from large OEM products to small specialty retail products. This position will see you as a key player in our vibrant team of 7, with great working conditions at our larger recently upgraded facility in Croydon South

You will describe yourself as an all-rounder who loves to learn. You are organised, have a meticulous eye for detail, and thrive in autonomous roles within team environments. You have great communication skills and enjoy a hands-on role with variety and challenges.

The Opportunity:


Working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm, your primary goal will be to manage the end-to-end sales admin process from enquiry to payment.


Duties will include:

  • Sales & Customer Support.
  • Processing Sales orders.
  • Administration.
  • Generating Quotations.
  • Processing production orders.
  • Processing payments.
  • Liaising with Customers/Clients.

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Sales Admin / Customer Service Support).
  • Experience with DC Power, Solar & battery would be helpful but not essential.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • A wellspoken, pleasant telephone manner.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and supporting others.
  • A high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A great reputation of being a strong team player who is reliable and punctual.
