About the Role:
Gough Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Manager to join our client's team in the South East QLD Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Bodies Corporate committee for any requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with Landlords and Tenants to address their concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Inspect grounds and facilities routinely to determine the necessity of repairs, maintenance, or cleaning.
- Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes and efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate cleaning, landscaping, and pool services as required to maintain a superior quality of facilities.
- Issue breach notices and other notices as required to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Manage move-in and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants and landlords.
- Attend to daily queries from owners and tenants, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Mail disbursement and collection of rubbish inside and outside the facilities.
- Ensure rubbish/recycle bins are placed out for collection and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Monitor carpark access and ensure visitors are properly managed.
- Email defects to relevant areas and arrange access with Owners/outside agents/apartments under management.
- Assist the PM team with Re-Lets, New Management sign-ons, and routines, earning commissions for each of these duties.
Requirements:
- Experience in Building Management or Property Management is required.
- QLD Certificate of Registration is not required.
- The ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Solid written & verbal communication skills.
- The WANT to develop and grow your skillset.
- Capacity to earn an incredible amount of commissions for all leases and PM duties conducted.
