About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial office building.

Your primary focus will be on managing facilities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards, and identifying potential risks through proactive engagement with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for recommending continuous quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the site's financial operations meet or exceed targets, and managing budgets and reporting as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to deliver exceptional facilities management services
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure all on-site expectations are met and develop sound working relationships at all levels
  • Manage facilities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards
  • Risk management and recommending continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure the site's financial operations meet or exceed targets, and manage budgets and reporting as required
  • Contractor management, preventative maintenance, and asset planning
