The Role

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the educational journey of our students, inspire our exceptional staff, and collaborate closely with a team driven by a shared vision of excellence. We are looking for a leader who is not only an outstanding and experienced educator but also a compassionate mentor, an innovative thinker, and a dedicated advocate for student well-being.

As Deputy Principal you will play a critical role in supporting the Principal in ensuring the smooth operation and strategic development of the school. This educational leadership position involves the effective leadership of teaching and learning, while overseeing the school's twin pillars of Culture of Thinking and Care and Wellbeing to foster a culture of high expectations and achievement while encouraging professional growth and instructional excellence across the school.

Developing and implementing programs to support student well-being, including behavioural management and co-curricular activities, will also be a key aspect of your role.

Strengthening partnerships with parents, community members, and stakeholders to enhance the educational experience and promote the school's vision and values is essential.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior leadership role with relevant qualifications. Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must to help shape and lead the implementation of the school's strategic objectives.
