Receptionist/Clinic Coordinator and Administrator.

This pivotal position supports our advanced cosmetic clinics by managing client appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless communication flow between clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage client appointments using cuttingedge clinic management software.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and bookings via phone and online platforms.
  • Provide topnotch administrative support to clinic staff, ensuring cohesive operations across all locations.
  • Handle billing inquiries and process online payments efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks crucial for clinic management and coordination.
  • Has proven experience in administrative roles,
    preferably within medical, beauty, or cosmetic settings.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient with booking software and general office equipment.
  • Thrives in both independent and teambased work environments.
  • Committed to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Available to work
    35 days a week, accommodating the needs of both fulltime and parttime roles.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to other clinic locations, though not mandatory.
  • Possesses knowledge about beauty treatments or has previous experience in the beauty field, enhancing their ability to serve and understand our clients' needs effectively.

From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 24 per week
