Your role involves increasing the adoption of the Facial Aesthetics Portfolio by collaborating effectively with medical, marketing, and clinical teams.This customer segment is expanding, and as the Account Manager, you will drive growth and safeguard Allergan's market share.Sales Activities
  • Meet or surpass agreed-upon sales targets in your designated area.
  • Establish and nurture business relationships with clients.
  • Create clear and actionable business plans for your territory and key accounts in line with the marketing strategy to drive rapid adoption.
  • Identify sales opportunities using AbbVie's sales framework with both new and existing clients to enhance product loyalty and expand market share.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business plans and sales, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure goal attainment.
  • Spot potential sales and marketing prospects and relay them to your National Sales Manager and marketing team.
  • Show a deep understanding of each client's product preferences and usage, maintaining account profiles using VEEVA.
  • Keep precise records of client visits, agreements, and other relevant data to meet client requirements.
Therapeutic Area Knowledge
  • Maintain a profound understanding of relevant human anatomy and the ideal usage of each product.
  • Stay well-versed in both Allergan's and competitors' product ranges. Articulate the value proposition in terms of effectiveness, safety, and market strategy to clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends by engaging with clients and attending industry events to communicate changes to management.
QualificationsPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge
  • Completion of relevant Science or Healthcare qualifications
  • Familiarity with sales cycle and territory management practices
  • Ability to grasp human anatomy concepts
Experience
  • Several years of experience in a specialty sales role within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
