THE OPPORTUNITY:

The business requires a Customer Service Specialist to work within the Customer Service team in the Macquarie Park Office. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and process-oriented environment and deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

This role will be a 6-month contract initially with the potential for extension/conversion into the business.

ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS:

  • True passion for providing a high level of service to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Responds to customer queries and Investigate and resolve customer problems.
  • Arranges returns and credits to customer accounts.
  • Validates claims for credits and arranges stock checks for missing or overdelivered stock.
  • Provides updates to customers on order status and/or problem resolutions.
  • Maintains and organizes log of calls, query details and responses

REMUNERATION AND REWARD:

- $35ph + Super
