Inventory Controller | Erskine Park NSW

YOUR ROLE

We are searching for an Inventory Controller to support the 3PL warehousing operation at Eastern Creek NSW. Your main focus will be to manage and coordinate activities that aid in maintaining optimal inventory management and control.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating inventory processes, systems, and reporting
  • Communicating with customers on inventory matters, reporting, and adjustments
  • Detecting discrepancies, conducting investigations, and preparing reports
  • Overseeing annual, cyclical, and ad-hoc stocktaking processes
  • Analyzing inventory velocity to identify fast and slow-moving stock and offering recommendations
  • Planning for and facilitating the integration of new inventory into the operation

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

The ideal candidate should have experience in an inventory role within warehousing/storage or similar, along with:

  • Experience in managing inventory systems, procedures, and practices
  • Experience in handling cyclic and annual stocktakes across a large SKU base
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data population, manipulation, and interpretation
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and numerical (percentages/ratios) skills

Alongside demonstrating work rights and providing suitable professional references, shortlisted applicants will need to undergo medical assessment and a national police check.
