We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate and Packaging Specialist to join our team at Natural Moreish.

This role involves a crucial combination of warehouse management and food packaging responsibilities, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and packaging of food products.


Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments of food products, verify contents, and ensure accurate documentation.

Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring proper labelling, shelving, and storage of goods.

Collaborate with the purchasing team to manage inventory levels and track stock movements.

Prepare orders for shipment by selecting, packing, and labelling products according to established standards.

Operate packaging machinery and equipment to ensure precise and efficient packaging.

Perform quality checks on packaged goods to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure the highest level of hygiene and safety.

Participate in inventory counts and stock-taking activities as required.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to safety, sanitation, and quality.

Provide support to other warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the food industry.

Familiarity with food safety regulations and packaging practices.

Ability to operate packaging machinery and equipment.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items.

Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.

Have a permanent visa or be an Australian citizen.

Have a work permit in Australia.
