About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at CHILL. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient and safe operations of our cold storage facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Ensure all inventory is received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
  • Schedule and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Train new employees and ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience operating in a busy warehouse and logistics environment
  • Must have a forklift licence and experience using a forklift (essential)
  • High Reach experience (advantageous)
  • Can supply a copy of a National Police check & able to pass an alcohol or drug test
  • HACCP Knowledge & working in a frozen/cold environment (advantageous)
  • Physically fit and able to stand, repetitively lift more than 15 kg consistently and 20 kg occasionally
