Signaling

and Infrastructure Lead - ANZ is to man

a

ge the bids and projects portfolio for the

discipline

, including the tender and projects processes for scope. This would include building and managing a team to be accountable for the deployment of tenders and project delivery

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of the projects in the portfolio to enable creation of
optimal

and profitable value for Ricardo.-Manage and deploy Tender and Bid Deliverables-Execution and Management of Business development

initiatives encompassing Signalling, Infrastructure, and Rolling Stock integration services

securing

new

projects-This includes providing

signalling

and infrastructure

concept design services with a focus on operational and maintenance considerations. Evaluating

and introducing

products relevant to signalling and infrastructure

market segment from

the broader market and

from

the Ricardo portfolio.-Interface with the wider

BU

management team to report, and mange risks and various issues

regarding

tenders and projects within the services scope.- Building and

leading

a

p

rojects team that is accountable for Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance.- Champion the implementation of Signalling

and Infrastructure

Processes across the portfolio.- Robust understanding of

System engineering and integration services across the railway industry with a

focus on automatic train operations and
