Tasks & Responsibilities

  • General administration tasks such as: answering calls, managing shared inboxes, invoicing, ordering stationary, data entry etc
  • Coordinate freight travels from various locations by liaising with clients, suppliers and drivers.
  • Raising and receipting purchase orders
  • Entering data into relevant systems, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records
  • Be the righthand man to the Branch Operations Manager by providing critical operational support

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
  • Highly developed computer skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a fastpaced team.
