Job description:


To keep up with the demand and our expanding business, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and results-focused Sales Representative (Asian Sales) to be based in ACT.


Duties:

Business Development & Strategy for Food Service Segment

  • Understanding existing food service customer business and aggressively developing new lines or opportunities to grow
  • Build strong relationships with food service customers by providing enhanced service and support when required in building the volume of sales
  • Seeking and recruiting new food service customers in the market
  • Visiting customers as per call schedules, placing reorders with individual retailers to optimise stock levels, recommending new line opportunities and soliciting additional stock orders
  • Checking date codes and rotating stock, identifying outofstocks and following up
  • Check the quality and appearance of stocks to ensure saleability
  • Build and maintaining effective business relationships
  • Report competitive new lines or activities being launched and regularly update Market Intelligence / Parallel Import

Promotional Activity

  • Regular review monthly promotional programs
  • Discuss, review and work alongside the Assistant Manager to identify opportunities to increase sales volume

Market intelligence within the marketplace

  • Compile details and feedback about our competitors
  • Identify and discuss any opportunities that arise in the marketplace

To be successful you will need:

  • Must have valid Australian drivers license:
  • Relevant sales experience
