The Opportunity


An exciting opportunity for a talented E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team This is a great chance for a commercially minded and digitally savvy professional to thrive.

You'll collaborate within our rapidly evolving and expanding e-commerce channel, partnering closely and accelerating growth with our major omnichannel retail partner, Woolworths.


Ideally suited for an individual with sharp commercial business acumen and a passion for the digital realm, this role will position you at the forefront of driving our eCom growth and innovation.

You'll lead and foster our partnership with industry leader Woolworths' online platform while spearheading initiatives with pioneering pureplay retailers and emerging e-commerce players.


As the e-commerce specialist, you will drive growth and innovation for Arnott's iconic brands, such as Tim Tam, Shapes, and Arnott's, across Woolworths's online and emerging e-commerce platforms.


The Accountabilities

  • Manage Woolworths online performance drive joint business plan, analyse sales/ROI, evaluate promotions using data.


 E-Category Management
  • Use customer data, digital analytics and shopper research to develop online strategy, assortment, pricing and promotions.


 Digital Shelf Management
  • Optimise digital product content, reviews, and search across retailer sites.
  • Customer & Brand Activation
  • Develop online activation plans, media investment, performance marketing and integrated pathtopurchase.


 Product Experience Management
  • Produce digital assets, product info and content for retailer sites.
  • Support expansion into new channels like D2C and pureplay.

The Ingredients for Success
Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

  • Bachelor's in Business/Commerce
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing/ecommerce, ideally FMCG/CPG
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, collaboration, and stakeholder management
  • Analytical and creative with keen attention to detail
  • Passionate about driving ecomm initiatives and process improvements
