What you'll be doing

The key objective of this role is to execute the campaign layer of the Loyalty and CRM program by facilitating campaigns, including the end-to-end planning, execution and reporting to meet and exceed annual program metrics.

Reporting to the Loyalty Team Leader your contribution will include:

  • Lead and facilitate the formulation and end-to-end execution of the loyalty and CRM channel plans in line with the Freedom marketing calendar.
  • Work closely with the other teams (in particular the Digital team) to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3+ years relevant work experience in CRM & Loyalty, Digital Marketing or eCommerce experience.
  • Experience in planning, developing and executing BTL campaigns (could include eDM, DM and/or social).
  • Creative & confident team player who can negotiate, multitask and influence others.
  • Excellent creative appraisal skills, attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience with using a marketing automation platform.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
