Purpose of the Role:
You will be in charge of creating all learning materials for both face-to-face and digital learning modules to ensure they align with the learning strategy, outcomes, and are user-friendly.
- Design, develop, and create instructor-led, face-to-face, and e-learning course content to enhance the capabilities of the learning audience.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to develop quality learning solutions.
- Offer expert advice on learning design, programs, and initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Design, develop, and manage learning solutions and content following regulatory requirements.
- Ensure smooth transfer of learning solutions to other teams for efficient implementation, assessment, and evaluation.
- Conduct learning needs assessment to aid in developing learning strategies for non-teaching staff.
- Contribute to setting up evaluation and reporting processes to monitor program progress and identify potential risks.
- Create progress reports on programs and initiatives to guide management decision-making.
- Engage with team members in exploring new learning design methodologies to identify opportunities.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in Adult Learning, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Background in designing and developing learning materials, resources, and course content.
- Skills in Articulate 360 Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia are beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing various learning design frameworks and methodologies, including instructional design and adult education principles.
- Extensive experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning tools like Camtasia and Vyond is advantageous.
- Experience in structuring online content and activities for Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to create engaging learning content for various mediums.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Proficient project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Awareness of emerging trends in Learning Design.
