**About the role: Join us in our mission to revolutionise our digital offerings We're seeking a talented individual to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge digital platform (App) that will serve as our unified front door across our Wesfarmers Health functions (including Priceline, InstantScripts and Digital Health).


This role will lead the strategy to transform the current Priceline App, integrating eCommerce, ePharma, Loyalty, and Services to streamline access to health, beauty, and wellness experiences.

  • Skilled in developing consumerfacing apps, particularly within a retail setting, emphasizing user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Proficient in defining business requirements and collaborating with digital platform vendors, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Expertise in crafting digital business cases, managing capital and operational expenditure requests, and adeptly employing Lean/Agile delivery methodologies to optimise project outcomes.
  • Exceptional partnering abilities, demonstrated through clear requirement elucidation and successful consensusbuilding around proposals and concepts.
  • Established proficiency in fostering productive collaborations, characterised by mutual respect, encouragement, and appreciation of team members' ideas and contributions.
  • Proficient in gathering and analysing information, collaborating with stakeholders, and crafting tailored solutions to meet diverse enduser needs, demonstrating strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
  • At least 8 years of product management experience, including roles as a Product Manager/Owner or Project Manager.
  • Preferred tertiary qualifications in related technology fields like Information Systems or Computer Science.
  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (preferred).
  • Highly desirable to hold professional certifications in Project Management, such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, Professional Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 Practitioner. Desirable retail industry experience.
