About IROC

The Integrated Remote Operations Centre (IROC) at BHP Iron Ore in Brookfield operates 24/7 using real-time technology to control the entire supply chain efficiently.

Join a collaborative team that makes quick decisions to enhance safety and optimize value across the supply chain.

As the Supervisor Mine Control, your role involves maximizing fleet utilization and implementing best mine control practices to ensure operational efficiency.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining safety, compliance, and seeking continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding safety systems
  • Managing fleet operations
  • Optimizing equipment productivity
  • Maintaining the mine model
  • Building positive relationships
  • Identifying operational improvements

About You

If you have previous dispatch experience, preferably in open-pit mining, you could be a great fit
