The exciting opportunity:
- Full operational responsibility of a small, extra services, aged care facility in the Lower North Shore
- Inspire, support and develop a team eager to learn, creating a stable culture of staff committed to delivering personalised care
- Hold full profit and loss responsibility; driving funding, managing costs, overseeing the roster and maximising resources to achieve financial targets
- Develop productive relationships with external stakeholders and the community to achieve occupancy targets
- Conduct audits and implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve ongoing compliance with governing legislation
- Lead the implementation of any changes that will be required to adapt to the strengthened standards when they come into effect
- Ensure the delivery of superb customer service and manage and monitor comments and complaints
- Join a growing and innovative aged care provider
- Very well-staffed organisation –receive excellent support from executive management and a highly qualified central services team

- $150k + bonuses + super
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven track record as a General Manager in residential aged care
- A motivated, inspirational and supportive leader who is able to grow staff and build a stable and committed team
- Superb interpersonal, communication and networking skills with the ability to build productive relationships with all stakeholders
- Driven, results focused, loyal, and with a passion for delivering quality care to the elderly
