About the Role


We are seeking a motivated Residential Care & Services Manager to join our Baptcare Coasthaven facility in Norlane, Victoria on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.


Reporting to the Residential Aged Care Operations Manager, this role will be expected to ensure the Facility maintains a high-quality level of consumer-centred care and services for their customers and stakeholders across all aspects focused on the consumer's whole person's well-being experience while partnering with consumers to provide the best possible care and services to meet the consumer's choices, needs and preferences.

The Residential Care and Services Manager will provide leadership to their local team enabling and influencing them to perform at their best within the Baptcare business and value framework.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to focus on delivering outcomes across four core areas:
Quality care and compliance with aged care quality and safety standards.

People; Residents, staff, and other key stakeholders.

Operational performance.

Financial performance.

About You


You will have previous experience and proven ability to lead a team of staff and maximise outcomes in performance and Resident care.

With outstanding communication skills, you will promote a consumer-focused service - internally and externally - and be confident in leading individuals to be successful in their given role.


Together with your commercial acumen and budgeting experience, you will be required to contribute to continuous improvement activities to support the growth and consistent uplift of the services offered.


You will ideally bring the following:
Minimum 3- 5 years' experience in a leadership role.

Tertiary qualification in related field (Health or Aged Care).

Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to supervise and motivate staff and work collaboratively within a team.

Contemporary understanding and working knowledge of a continuous improvement framework/system.


Demonstrate a commitment to best practices in aged care, maintaining an optimal level of dignity, comfort, and quality of life for care recipients living in our aged care facilities.
