Make a meaningful impact
In this crucial leadership position, you will oversee a team of Analysts and drive the enhancement of overall capabilities within your Center by leveraging your coaching and mentoring skills.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues, business partners, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives;
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of risk management and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence within your team;
- Continuously developing your team's skills in areas such as credit analysis, risk assessment, technical expertise, and leadership;
- Promoting a culture of productivity and leading initiatives for continuous process enhancements throughout the organization;
- Proactively identifying and evaluating risks within the business while sharing insights to drive improvements and adjustments;
- Encouraging a mindset of curiosity and technological adoption among your team and the broader business;
- Setting a benchmark for best practices in sales, service delivery, and ensuring compliance with MCG credit standards;
- Cultivating a customer-centric environment by delivering responsive, professional, and high-quality service that aligns with both employee and client needs;
- Ensuring frontline staff are equipped with the necessary skills to consistently deliver exceptional service within a compliant operational framework.
We're looking for candidates with:
- Demonstrated experience as a senior analyst with a strong focus on risk management and credit analysis. Although leadership experience is preferred, we also welcome applications from individuals who are pursuing a leadership path and have a proven track record of high performance as senior team members;
- Solid background in the financial services industry, including sales and/or risk-related roles;
- Sound knowledge of banking and financial products, along with strong business acumen and risk assessment abilities;
- Proven ability to build effective relationships, collaborate with partners, and stakeholders;
- A mindset oriented towards continuous improvement and an innovative approach to problem-solving;
- Keen interest in technology and a curious mindset;
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and a genuine dedication to delivering exceptional service.
