As our People & Culture Specialist, you will support the broader P&C team to enable the achievement of ongoing business goals.

In this Hybrid role, you will be responsible for delivering operational effectiveness for the Business Partnering team while leading impactful projects delivering an inclusive & engaged employee experience.

*Please note, this is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to support our business during a secondment*What does this role look like for you?

  • Partner with the People & Culture Director & P&C Business Partners to deliver key activities;
  • Work with the Talent Engagement team in recruitment and onboarding tasks;
  • Lead the Australian a Program including our custom cross functional peer recognition program and supporting and reward and benefit initiatives;
  • Coordinate internal programs including employee engagement, inclusion & diversity, and change management controls; and
  • Present and engage Australia leadership team on People & Culture projects and lead employee induction programs.
So, what about you?

  • Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources Generalist role which includes general administration/transactional support across the employee life cycle and involvement in the end to end talent management process;
  • Some formal qualification in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • A highly curious and ambitious demeanour with a desire to learn, build and grow within the role;
  • Demonstrated ability to both engage with P&C teams and work autonomously;
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities;
  • Strong written communication skills; and
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to speak in front of a variety of stakeholders.
