ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a Permanent Full-Time role with an immediate start.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide firstlevel support to all ICT enquiries and incidents.
  • Service Desk management, including logging, coordination, and allocation of ICT resources.
  • ICT Asset Management, including tagging, records, and software inventory.
  • Develop and maintain accurate ICT documentation to support the use of technology in the school.
  • Collaborate with ICT staff and Digital Learning teams to deliver a positive learning experience.
  • Support and maintain schoolowned devices, including iPads and student BYOT devices.
  • Coordinate start and end of year processes, repairs, and onsite visits.
  • Escalate issues to the ICT Support Coordinator and/or ICT Infrastructure & Operations Manager as needed.

  • User satisfaction regarding ICT Support Services
  • Asset allocation precision
  • Problem resolution accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to assist users to work independently of ICT
