We're seeking an experienced

Distribution Centre Manager to join our growing facility in

High Wycombe. As the Distribution Centre Manager, you'll lead and oversee the 3PL warehouse facility and staff, ensuring the effective running of day-to-day operations and meeting logistics and transport customer SLA's.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage daily operational activities and KPI's for a busy logistics facility, incorporating warehouse and transportation management
  • Lead, manage and develop a team, enabling the effective provision of logistics and transport services
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers
  • Promote a safe working environment through the company's WH&S policies and procedures
  • Financial performance preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring profit & loss for site and customers

What are we looking for?

  • DCM experience within a 3PL environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Customerfocused with the ability to build and develop genuine relationships
  • Welldeveloped conflict resolution, negotiation, and problemsolving skills
  • Advanced understanding of complex warehouse systems
  • Staff, union and contractor management experience
