Customer Engagement are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to join our busy and dynamic team.


Based in our Osborne Park office, this role is focused on working with our secondary & third tier distribution networks to optimize the distribution and sales of the company's products throughout WA.

While you don't necessarily require logistics experience (although it will be beneficial), you do require the skills to build great relationships, juggle multiple priorities and be deadline driven with strong attention to detail.


About the Role

  • Assist in the management of our network of 600+ independent contractors throughout WA
  • Provide a high level of customer service to client networks
  • Liaise with Supervisors within distribution areas
  • Weekly management reporting outlining network performance and cost management to budget
  • Ensure contractors are adhering to chain of responsibility and applicable transport legislations
  • Participate in the interview and appointment process of new contractors as and when required
  • Provide administration support to the Logistics Manager & Distribution team

About you

  • Distribution/Logistics experience working within a FMCG/business is advantageous
  • Excellent administrative skills or experience
  • Ability to manage client feedback and complaints and quickly resolve issues
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills with the capacity to develop strong relationships
  • Be a strong team player, be highly motivated and a selfstarter
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to carry out physical tasks such as lifting up to 15kg when required
  • Possess a current driver's license
