Air Import Administrator

YOUR ROLE
We're seeking an enthusiastic and process-driven individual to join our Air Freight team at Banksmeadow NSW in the role of Air Import Administrator / Coordinator.
Your primary purpose will be to compile import documentation on air cargo shipments; expedite receipt of cargo from airports; and prepare invoices for shipping charges.
You're not likely to get bored, with plenty of interaction with customers, airlines and our warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of cargo, and to meet customer and airport requirements.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
- Accurately capture all shipment information in CEVAs systems
- Register, process and finalise invoices in an accurate and timely way
- Complete, or support reporting requirements (finance, damages, exceptions)
- Effectively engage with customers, airlines, CEVA staff and others.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Process-driven and systematic approach to completing work along with strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and compliance
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and the capacity to learn and adapt to new systems / technology
- Good numeracy, communication, time management and organisational skills
- Bonus: understanding / exposure to INCOTERMS.
