**About the Role**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages including cocktails and/or mocktails
- Work with a large range of local and imported wines, spirts and craft beers
- Upsell and Suggestive sell
- Restock and replenish bar inventory supplies
- Provide a personalised, exceptional standard of service
- Ensure safe and responsible service of alcohol
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
- Receiving deliveries and monitoring inventory levels, collaborating with management to maintain stock and supplies.
- Occasionally supervising and supporting floor and bar staff

**ABOUT YOU**
- 1 years experience in a similar role is preferred
- Extensive beverage knowledge
- You ooze personality and are attentive to guests needs
- A valid RSA and RCG
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment with high volumes of customers
- The ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $32.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RCG (required)
- RSA (required)
