ROLE

  • Lead regular online and facetoface meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching
  • Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems
  • Liaise with other teams within the HQ to support franchise partners and grow their business
  • Regularly review KPIs and set goals for franchise partners to reach
  • Follow franchise brand and operational guidelines to ensure that the franchise is consistent
WHO IS THIS FOR?

  • Someone who has a car and license to travel to multiple sites across Sydney.
